Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using the Keydole streaming service. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted use

You may use the Service to stream Content for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment on devices you own or control. You may stream on up to the number of devices permitted by your subscription plan simultaneously.

2. Account and credential sharing

Your Keydole account is for your personal use. You may use it on multiple devices (up to your plan's simultaneous stream limit), but you must not:

• Share your login credentials with people outside your immediate household.
• Allow more simultaneous streams than your plan permits by any means, including using proxies, VPNs, or other technical workarounds.
• Create or operate accounts on behalf of third parties for commercial gain.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Download, copy, record, capture, reproduce, or redistribute any Content from the Service, whether in whole or in part.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service or the Content.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical protection measure, digital rights management system, or device-limit enforcement mechanism.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable UK or international law, including copyright law and the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
• Transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious code via any feature of the Service.

4. Content and communications

Where the Service allows you to submit text (for example, a support message), you must not submit anything that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content and report incidents to the relevant authorities.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor the Service for abuse including excessive simultaneous connections, unusual access patterns, and suspected credential sharing. We may:

• Issue a warning for a first or minor breach.
• Temporarily suspend access while we investigate a suspected breach.
• Permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated breaches, without refund.
• Pursue civil or criminal remedies where the breach causes us or content partners substantial harm.

Where we terminate an account for breach of this AUP, we will notify you by email to your registered address explaining the reason, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal process.

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of misuse of the Service, please report it to us on WhatsApp or by email at support@keydole.co.uk.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email and in your account dashboard with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
