Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies Keydole uses, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage; where we refer to "cookies" below we include these technologies.
2. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They do not require your consent under UK law. They include session management, authentication tokens set by Supabase, and security cookies.
Functional
Functional cookies remember preferences to improve your experience (for example, your selected payment method during checkout or remembering that you have dismissed a notice). These require consent unless they are strictly necessary for a service you have requested.
Analytics
Analytics cookies collect information about how you use the site — which pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and any errors you encounter. This helps us improve the Service. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) as our analytics provider. GA4 operates under Google Consent Mode v2: all consent signals default to denied, and the GA4 script does not load and no analytics cookies are set until you explicitly accept the Analytics category via our cookie banner. If you later withdraw consent, no further analytics data is collected.
Marketing
Marketing cookies track your activity to measure ad performance and show you relevant offers on other websites. We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads and to build audiences for retargeting. The Meta Pixel script does not load and no Meta cookies are set until you explicitly accept the Marketing category via our cookie banner. If you later withdraw consent, no further data is sent to Meta.
3. Cookies we set
The table below lists the cookies currently set on this site, their category, purpose and retention period.

| _fbp | Marketing (consent required) | Meta Pixel — identifies browsers so we can measure conversions from Facebook/Instagram ads. Set by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | 3 months |
| _fbc | Marketing (consent required) | Meta Pixel — stores the last ad click that brought the visitor to the site, used for conversion attribution. Only set when a visitor arrives via a Meta ad. | 3 months |
4. Consent and how to withdraw
When you first visit Keydole you will be shown a cookie consent banner. You can accept all cookies, accept only strictly necessary cookies, or customise your preferences. Rejecting non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them — reject-all is available on the first layer of the banner without having to click through to a settings panel.
To withdraw or change your consent at any time, use the button below or click "Cookie preferences" in the site footer. Clearing your browser cookies for this site also resets your preference and the consent banner will appear again.
5. Third-party cookies
Our payment provider Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and authentication purposes. These are strictly necessary for the payment service you have requested. Other third-party cookies are only set after consent has been obtained for the relevant category.
