Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Keydole streaming service ("Service") operated by Keydole Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Keydole provides a subscription-based streaming service giving access to live television channels and on-demand content ("Content") on supported devices. Content availability, channel line-up and supported devices may change from time to time; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions to the service where possible.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use within the United Kingdom. Simultaneous streams are limited to the number stated in your chosen plan.
2. Account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to subscribe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly on WhatsApp or by email at support@keydole.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account credentials with third parties beyond the device limit of your plan. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Keydole offers subscription plans with prepaid terms of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Each plan is charged as a single upfront payment covering the full term. Current prices for each term are shown on our Pricing page.
Subscription fees are charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, we will retry automatically and notify you by email. Access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after our retry period.
For cancellation and refund rights, including the 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All Content made available through the Service is owned by or licensed to Keydole Ltd or its content partners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view Content solely for personal use during an active subscription.
You must not download, copy, redistribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit Content beyond the personal viewing licence granted by these Terms. The Keydole name, logo and associated trade marks are the property of Keydole Ltd.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these policies without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular Content will always be available. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and publish incidents at /status.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keydole Ltd's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and display a notice in your account dashboard at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We record which version of the Terms each subscriber accepted at account creation.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that nothing prevents you from bringing proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are resident.
